The PS 201 Penguins have been part of the District 25 basketball league for the past 7 years.  The basketball team is comprised of 4th and 5th grade students, both boys and girls who elect to try out for our team.  Within our league, we schedule games with participating schools and promote teamwork, sportsmanship and above all respect.  Through our practices and games, we work together to develop our individual abilities, our mental awareness, our communication skills, teamwork and our dedication to our teammates.  We also discuss the importance of leadership with our team, often engaging our 5th grade students to become mentors for our 4th grade students. Through our constant collaboration with one another, we have created a positive atmosphere that not only produces great basketball games, but greater accountability amongst the team members.  Each basketball team member understands the importance of their academics and work together.

"Sahnada" professional teatr san'atkorlari jamoasini taqdim etadi, ular o'quvchilarga individual va guruhli faoliyatni o'z ichiga olgan ustaxonada yo'l-yo'riq ko'rsatadi, chunki ular to'liq sahnalashtirilgan musiqali teatr spektaklini yaratadilar. Talabalar mavzuni tanlaydilar, aktyorlik, improvizatsiya, yozish, vokal, musiqa va raqs fanlari bo'yicha zarur ko'nikmalarni o'rganadilar va yakuniy taqdimotga olib keladigan rekvizitlar va liboslarni yaratishga yordam beradilar. Dastur qolgan sinflar uchun maktabda yig'ilish kuni, shuningdek, ota-onalar, oilalar va taklif etilgan mehmonlar uchun Kvins kollejidagi go'zal jahon darajasidagi kontsert zalida yakuniy chiqish bilan yakunlanadi.  Yakuniy tadbir talabalarni professional rejissyor, sahna menejeri, yorug'lik dizayneri, ovoz muhandisi va ekipaj bilan birlashtiradi va talabalarga professional teatr olamining ta'mini beradi.
